It would appear that the BC Government condones the drugging of seniors in Long Term Care homes. This is reflected in their refusal to have appropriate deterrent penalties in place, and reluctance to hold accountable those facilities and health care workers that abuse residents with chemical restraints.

This program lays out the deplorable conditions that plague long term care. When you see the ignorant immoral staff of an upper class nursing home kill a poor defenceless care resident (Eldon Mooney) it has to make your blood boil!! Then to lie about it as well is just the depths of debauchery!

College of Physicians and Surgeons Do they have any relevance? Are Doctors Above the Law?
Another hoop was jumped through that was a total waste of time and effort. It would appear that this, club of buffoons, is there for no other reason than to cover-up the egregious acts of some ethically challenged doctors, ignoring admissions of wrongdoing, legalities, and ethical, not to mention moral, obligations.
